This project included designing 10-15 policies and designing the handbook in alignment with the company's branding guide. The client received an editable Word and PDF document up to 2,500+ words.

I provided HR Learning and Organizational Development consulting services to the headquarters of Habitat for Humanity International. The project focused on tracking and evaluation of increased knowledge acquired by HFH Affiliates around the United States participating in the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative, fundraising, mortgage servicing and capacity building training. 

 

This sample of work is evidence of the contract deliverables including interviews with C-Suite leaders, creating and collecting results of an unbiased satisfaction survey distributed to 250+ staff and a final report upon completing an evaluation of each type of training tool.

I provided HR consulting to Friends of Refugees by conducting an in-depth HR assessment, designing team-based cultural training workshops, and individualized leadership development coaching sessions with key leaders. After discovery meetings with staff at all levels, I examined the capabilities of the current HCM (Paylocity), reviewed job descriptions and performance reviews and recommended best practices in tracking performance management and professional development.
